  • Get Repurposed: If you spend some energy on writing a really good article, it needs to get repurposed as social media posts, education for your employees, FAQs, Company newsletters, or even Sales material!

💡 How to repurpose any blog post?

To maximize the output of your effort when writing the blog post, think about ways this information applies to other channels. I recommend you give chatGPT a simple prompt of creating 3 social media posts from the actual blog post content, you can choose also the platform and length. If you want something more advanced try repurposing into Infographics, Audio, Post series, or even a video.

20-Minute Dive Deep: AI-powered content creation workflow

When trying to create content for your blog, you need to save as much time as possible, therefore, it is crucial to ask these questions:

  1. What should I write about?

  2. How to write it as quickly as possible?

  3. Where and how to post it?

Luckily, all of these questions can be solved by this workflow, making you save more than 4 hours each week.

1. Finding the right topic

  1. Go to chat.openai.com and create an account either through your credentials or Google Account.

  2. Create a new chat on the left sidebar

  3. Fill out and submit the prompt below to get 10 great ideas for content around your business

The prompt: Generate a list of 10 engaging blog post ideas for a [Insert Specific Business Type] company. Focus on topics that provide insights into how their services or products can address common challenges and improve operational efficiency in their sector. Consider including current trends, how these offerings can resolve specific pain points, and the benefits of strategic partnerships. Ensure these ideas offer practical and actionable advice for business owners and decision-makers looking to leverage these solutions for success.

2. Developing an outline

Based on your writing skills, you might need help from AI in this part as well. After choosing a topic in the previous step, you will now develop the structure of the blog post.

The prompt: Develop a detailed outline for an article based on the chosen blog post idea: '[Insert Selected Blog Post Idea]'. The outline should include an introduction that sets the context, several key points that explore different aspects of the topic, and a conclusion. Each key point should offer in-depth insights, practical advice, or examples related to the topic. Ensure the outline is structured to guide the reader through a logical progression of ideas, culminating in a compelling conclusion that underscores the importance and relevance of the topic in the street lighting sector.

When you have the outline, you can change it to your liking by including or excluding some topics and angles. Then either write it or paste the below prompt along with your customized outline back to ChatGPT so it can develop the article for you.

3. Writing the content

The prompt: Write a comprehensive article based on the following customized outline, ensuring accuracy and including sources where applicable:

Develop a suitable title that reflects the main theme of the article. The article should be engaging, informative, and follow the structure of the customized outline. Include practical insights and relevant examples, ensuring that all information is factually correct. Cite sources to support any specific data or claims made in the article to enhance credibility.

4. Editing and Publishing

It is important to proofread what the computer has written and correct all the wrong facts before publishing. Alternatively, you can generate images for the blog post and post them with SEO in mind. I will cover these tips in the following editions.
